JOIN BARNT GREEN CHORAL TO SING 'THE ARMED MAN' BY KARL JENKINS

The 2025 – 2026 Season is going to be a massive year of joy, happiness, and celebration for Barnt Green Choral.   It is our 75th anniversary !

To mark this occasion we have chosen to perform Karl Jenkins' ‘The Armed Man – A Mass for Peace’ at our show-piece anniversary concert in the Spring. This highly-popular work, well-loved by virtually everyone and an icon of modern choral music, was composed by Jenkins to mark the turn of the last millennium, and so it is also celebrating its anniversary – this time its 25th.  The concert will take place in Bromsgrove’s Artrix Theatre and will include cinematic visuals to accompany the emotive music. It will be an event not to be missed.  Watch out for further details nearer the time.
